Uefa has lunched official ticket resale platform. Euro 2012 fan to fan tickets exchange portal is a second chance for all football fans who were not successful in obtaining the Euro 2012 tickets in April. It is also a good way to get rid of the same Euro 2012 tickets if you were too lucky in the Euro 2012 tickets lottery.
The demand for the tickets has been quite unprecedented and many sports fans, having in mind that they will boost their chances, decided to apply form more tickets than they actually planned to buy. Some of them now want to sell their tickets to other football or soccer fans, who are waiting for their chances to see the best of football on the Old Continent. These both groups could wait until UEFA runs their official portal for ticket exchange in July 2011. However, now they can use Euro 2012 fan to fan tickets exchange portal which enables them to sell and buy the Euro 2012 tickets at once.
The tickets are issued for particular users who registered on the official Euro 2012 tickets portal, and the people that were drawn must pay for all their the tickets first. Only then they can sell the tickets for the same price or give them away to the person they choose. Otherwise, the tickets will not be given to the person who drew them, so they will not have any right to use or re-distribute them.
Volunteer recruitment is now available at Uefa's official website. Vitaliy Klitschko in Ukraine and Jerzy Dudek in Poland promote Euro 2012 volunteer programme as applications opened on Tuesday 14 June, 2011.
Final tournament will be held in Poland and Ukraine from June 8 through July 1. Euro 2012 opening ceremony will be played in Warsaw, the capital of Poland. The final match of Euro 2012 will take place in Kyiv on 1 July 2012.
