Rules

Photo contest begins January 21 and ends May 1, 2012.
Photographs must be in digital format. No print or film submissions will be accepted for entry into this Contest. The photograph need not be taken with a digital camera; scans of negatives, transparencies, or photographic prints are acceptable. Digital file must be 5 megabytes or smaller, must be in JPEG or JPG format, and must be at least 1,600 pixels wide (if a horizontal image) or 1,600 pixels tall (if a vertical image).
The photograph, in its entirety, must be a single work of original material taken by the Contest entrant. By entering the Contest, entrant represents, acknowledges, and warrants that the submitted photograph is an original work created solely by the entrant, that the photograph does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim, or interest in the photograph.
All entries must be submitted and received by May 1, 2012. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Entries must be made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry.
For the purposes of these Official Rules, the entrant will be deemed to be in receipt of Sponsor's request or notification, in the event that Sponsor sends the request by email, on the day that the email was sent by Sponsor.
Contest Prizes
The prizes are 2 tickets for the Euro 2012 quarter-final in Warsaw and 2 tickets for the Euro 2012 semi-final in Donetsk.
Depends from the winners decision, it could be Euro 2012 quarter-final in Warsaw in Poland or semi-final in Donetsk in Ukraine.
Euro 2012 quarter-final in Warsaw in Poland will be the game between the winner of group A and second team from the group B of the Euro 2012 final tournament which is going to be played June 21, 2012. Those are second category tickets.
Euro 2012 semi-final tickets in Donetsk in Ukraine is going to be played June 27, 2012. Those are third category tickets.
The prize is nontransferable, and no cash alternative is available.
Licenses
Entrant who send photographs for a contest warrants that he/she is the owner of the photograph (and all the intellectual property rights in the photograph submitted) and grants to Sponsor and its licensees the irrevocable perpetual, nonexclusive license to reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of the entry in connection with the Contest and promotion of the Contest without additional compensation.
Judging
Contest consists of two (2) rounds. In round one, each judge in a panel of photographic experts (at least two of whom will be independent of Sponsor) ("Judges") will select ten (10) entries from among all eligible entries based on the following criteria ("Judging Criteria"): (1) Creativity 50%; (2) Photographic quality 50%. The entries selected in round one will proceed to round two. In round two, the Judges will collectively select a First Place Winner based on the judging criteria.
Winner List
Winner will be chosen on May 5, 2012, and notified by email. Decisions of the judges are final and binding.
Entrants are responsible for complying with these Official Rules. The name of the winner will be published online at www.eurocup.org on May 5, 2012.

Euro 2012 : The National Stadium in Warsaw was officially opened on Sunday 29 January, 2012 with an inaugural concert of Polish rock bands.
Concerts of the stars, fireworks and big crowds inaugurated opening of the National Stadium in Warsaw. Five hours of music, 75 thousands of people, 3 tons of explosives and 450,000 watts in power are just a few numbers describing this great event.
After the concerts fireworks and music festival begun. Demonstration was implemented in two places around the stadium so that not only were visible around the stadium, but also from many points of Warsaw. It was one of the largest shows held throughout the city.
The National Stadium will be the main arena of the European football championships Euro 2012 in Poland and Ukraine.
On 8 June, the stadium hosts the official Euro 2012 opening ceremony and match against Poland and Greece.
Beside Euro 2012 group stage matches, one quarter-final and one semi-final will be played there.
The National Stadium in Warsaw is a modern arena with the sliding roof, which is actually one of the largest of its kind in Europe.
It will be able to sit 58,000 of spectators. The construction costs more than €500 million.

More than 600 Ukrainian doctors have significantly raised their knowledge of English. From beginners level to intermediate, not counting those who already can speak fluently.
On September 1, 2011 Charity Fund Rodion Butko has opened English training courses for medical personnel in preparation for the European soccer championship in 2012. The courses are visited by medical specialists from nurses to physicians and department heads. They are attended by staff of the public hospitals, which will have to deal with foreigners during the football championship in 2012.
Currently, more than 600 physicians have been trained up to Intermediate level of English.
Currently only employees of the medical sphere from Donetsk and Kiev are enrolled in the program (including medical staff, who will work on Olympic stadium). But recently, UEFA representatives drew a proposal to expand the program to other host cities of Euro 2012.
The entire program is designed for 8-9 months of training avording to common linguistic standards. It ends just before the start of the tournament - at a time when fans and tourists begin to arrive.
