These two extra referees will focus on the 18-yard boxes, what will help to stop making mistakes.

| UEFA announced on Tuesday it had received four bids to stage the Euro 2016 championships by Monday's deadline. They are France, Italy, Turkey and a joint bid from Sweden and Norway.
UEFA's executive committee will take a final decision on Friday 28 May 2010.
UEFA looks set to expand the EURO championship to 24 teams from 2016.
The host association of UEFA EURO 2016 will be named at a ceremony from 13.00CET in Geneva
