After the end of Top 16 round Euroleague goes into Quarterfinals Play-off's. Best-of-five series games will be played between first- and second-placed finishers from the Top 16 between 23rd March and 7th April, 2010. The winners will advance to the Final Four.

| On 8th July, 2009 there will be a draw of the most prestigious European basketball Cups of the 2009-10 season. Euroleague, EuroCup and EuroChallenge draws will take place in Barcelona in Spain.
The Euroleague Management Board officially announced list of the teams for season 2009-10. 13 teams with A Licenses are Greek Olympiakos and Panathinaikos, Israeli Maccabi tel-Aviv, Italian Lottomatica Roma and Montepaschi Siena, Lithuanian Zalgiris, Russian CSKA Moscow, Spanish Regal Barca, Tau Ceramica, Real Madrid and Unicaja, Turkish Efes Pilsen and Fenerbahce Ulker.
8 teams with one-year B Licenses are Croatian champion Cibona, French ASVEL, German Bonn or Oldenburg, Italian finalist Armani Jeans, Polish Asseco Prokom, Serbian and Adriatic league champ Partizan Belgrade and Slovenian Union Olimpija. There also will be last season EuroCup champion Lietuvos Rytas and finalist Russian Khimky Moscow.
The last 8 teams will play in a pre-season Qualifying Round, of which the two surviving teams will also earn one-year licenses. There are German ALBA Berlin, French Orleans and Le Mans, Italian Benetton, Greek Maroussi, Belgian Charleroi, Latvian Ventspils and Ukrainian Azovmash.

 Europe has won against the Rest of the World 101 - 78 in the Euroleague Women All-Star Game in Paris.
Rebekka Hammon, The CSKA Moscow star poured in a game-high 24 points, was voted Most Valuable Player and won competition of Three-point.

| We have known names of 24 players and the technical staff of EuroLeague Women All-Star Game. The game between Europe against the Rest of the World will take place in Paris, France on March 8th. The game's venue is the Stade Pierre de Coubertin at 82, Avenue Georges Lafont in Paris.
European Team: Ann Wauters (CSKA Moscow), Agnieszka Bibrzycka (UMMC Ekaterinburg), Anna Vajda (MiZo Pécs 2010), Celine Dumerc (Bourges Basket), and Shay Doron (Besiktas Cola Turka).

| Finnaly, we have known all the teams qualified for next Euroleague round. Top 16 draw will take place on Monday January 19 at 13:00 CET in Barcelona. Sixteen basketball clubs will be divided into 4 groups. Seeds are based on their final standings in the Regular Season.
